will my order be shipped?
In stock orders that are shipping within the United States will be processed
in 24 - 48 hours. Orders that are shipping Internationally will ship within
one week of receiving a shipping reply from the customer.

which carrier will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders with UPS and FEDEX.

do you calculate shipping charges?
Shipping charges are based on the items weight and on the shipping
service you will choose during checkout.
Do we ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. We ship via UPS and FEDEX. When you place your order, you will not see shipping prices, since we will contact you with the option of which carrier you prefer. When you reply and inform us of which carrier you prefer, your order will be processed.
